When it comes to coffee and dessert cake portions, the balance between indulgence and moderation is essential.

If plating your cake then the dessert option is the way to go,

However gaining popularity is the coffee/platter sized portion which allows guests to choose if they wish to indulge on cake or not, as well as limiting the amount of wastage

The internet is an amazing source of cake inspiration. Google Search or Pinterest is an excellent place to start and will provide you with endless ideas and inspiration!
If you don’t know what you want to look for a simple search tailored to the event colours, theme, age (eg: ‘Wedding Cake’ or ‘Gold and White themed cake’ or ‘pink cake’) will get you started.

I have two collection addresses that I work from. Nuriootpa, in the Barossa Valley and Halbury near to Balaklava, Auburn and Clare Valley Region.

EVENT CAKES: At least 2 – 6 weeks’ notice is preferred for event cakes. I appreciate at least a weeks’ notice for cupcake orders.

WEDDING CAKES: Book in with me as soon as you can, its never too early to send me an email and enquire about your date as popular dates can be booked up as far as 6-12 months in advance so the sooner the better!

In saying that if it gets missed on your to do list still please do get in touch, many times I have space available or will juggle things to fit you in!

All orders are subject to availability dependent upon how many other orders I have at the time.

However, if I am not overly busy I am happy to accommodate rush orders where I can.

A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date and quote, no dates are held until the deposit is paid.

Change of Date is permitted within reason.

The remaining/full payment is due seven days before your event date or negotiated if event date is closer then that.

If this date is not met then you will forfeit your date and deposit and the order will not be fulfilled (just let me know if there is a payment delay for any reason and we can work around it)
All orders which have been placed with short notice will require full payment upfront.

Yes, I offer delivery as well as two collection addresses.

I am happy to arrange pick up or delivery of orders Monday to Saturday.
Deliveries/ Collections on a Sunday are by prior organisation only and will incur a surcharge.
Delivery is:

$15.00 within a 15km radius of either Nuriootpa or Halbury

for areas outside this, price will be negotiated on distance of travel

Pickup is available from Nuriootpa or Halbury addresses

All of my cakes and desserts come boxed.
Cakes should always be placed flat on the floor of the car or in a flat surfaced boot (suv type boot so the area is still climate controlled) and with the air-conditioning on high.

All cakes come with storage and cutting guide cards attached to your box with all of the necessary information you will require to keep your cake safe

Vegan and dairy-free options only available for dietary cupcakes alongside an event/ wedding order.

I offer dietary cupcakes to cater for wedding and event cake guests where the whole cake is not required to be dietary restricted. These start at $4 per serve and where possible I will match flavour and decoration to event cake
